Data We Collect
To provide you with customer support, we collect information you specifically provide us via our contact form, including your name, your email, and your message text. Such information, stored on our servers based in Utah, is also sent to our company email, which is hosted by Google (Gmail). This means your message content and contact details are processed and stored on Google’s servers in accordance with Google’s Privacy Policy. (This falls under the “contract” legal basis in the General Data Protection Regulation.)
We retain contact form submissions for up to 12 months if they do not result in further business. If your inquiry leads to an ongoing business relationship, we may retain your submission as part of our business records for as long as that relationship continues plus 12 months, or longer as required by applicable law (for example, for tax or accounting purposes), or longer as agreed with you in a contract separate from this privacy notice.
To prevent denial-of-service and other attacks, we collect data including the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your computer, your browser and operating system, the pages you visit (stored by their Uniform Resource Locators or URLs), when you visit such pages, and the site that you previously visited (the referrer URL). They will be stored on our servers based in Utah for up to 60 days before being deleted. (This falls under the “legitimate interest” legal basis in the General Data Protection Regulation.)
Besides the aforementioned storage on Google servers, we do not sell, trade, or transfer any of your personal information we collect from this site to any other third parties, except when you consent to such, to comply with the law, or to protect the rights of ourselves or others.
If you submit personal information to us for another individual, you must have their consent to provide such information for the purpose you submitted that personal information.
Data Security
We follow standard security practices (such as connection encryption and strong passwords) to keep your information safe. All the same, no data transmission is guaranteed to be 100% secure.
In the unlikely event we experience a data breach and need to inform you, we will do so by any contact methods we have for you.
Your Rights
You can request a copy of all your personal information we have from you, request corrections to your personal information, or request all your personal information we have from you be deleted (excluding information that must be kept for security or legal reasons), via our contact form, over the phone, or by physical mail. If you request a copy of your personal information, we will respond with the information within 30 days of receiving it, unless doing so would adversely affect someone else’s rights (we will inform you if that is the case).
Disclaimers
We do not intentionally collect any sensitive personal information about you on this site, such as race, ethnicity, disability, genetic or biometric data, health data, religious beliefs, philosophical opinions, sexual orientation, gender identity, body size, or criminal offenses (either real or alleged).
We do not knowingly collect data from any person younger than 18 years old.

First-Party Cookies
We only set the theme cookie if you choose either light mode or dark mode in the theme picker available in the site footer. It is a “session” cookie, which is automatically deleted when you close your browser. We only set the contact form cookies if you enter information into our contact form, and they are automatically deleted after 7 days.
Blocking these cookies will only result in the loss of the functionality mentioned in the above table.
We do not set any third-party cookies.
Updates
We do not have an email newsletter service, so we are unable to notify everybody of changes to this privacy notice by email. This page will be updated with the latest privacy notice information.
